Jen's Journeymen formed in 2011 among friends and family of Jennifer Springer Dills who then was in treatment for ALS aka Lou Gehrig's Disease at Packard Center.
Jen had a lot of friends and a great family who all miss her very much, and she wrote eloquently of her heartbreaking struggle here: https://jensalsjourney.wordpress.com/
Although Jen lost her battle to ALS at age 46 we still get together to celebrate her memory with a little exercise and a few drinks while supporting the Packard Center where the world's leading scientists are at work on a cure and treatment for victims of this as-yet undefeated disease. Our team has raised tens of thousands of dollars to support the cause and produced medal winners including the race overall champion in 2011.
Please support a great charity and donate, or join us to run or walk May 6 in Baltimore!
