Please support ALS Research

The Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins is a non-profit organization devoted solely to finding treatments and a cure for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. It's a unique organization on the cutting edge of ALS research and a worthy charity. The Packard Center is supported entirely by philanthropy, and needs our help. Currently there is no cure…help us give hope!

Please Help Me Support ALS Research

Family and Friends-

It is that time of year again that I ask for your support to raise money for ALS research.

As you know, my friend Andy Nelson was diagnosed with ALS a little over three years ago. Andy's courage is amazing and his wife Alex's strength inspires me everyday. Beyond the struggles of their daily routine they are determined to do their part to advance the research of this horrible disease.

On May 3rd, our team will participate in the Fiesta 5k which raises money for The Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins. Team Nelly raised over $40,000 last year.

Please consider supporting me by making a contribution. You are also welcome to join Team Nelly on race day.

I have seen the support that the Packard Center has provided to Andy and Alex and researchers are making progress towards treatment and a cure. Your donation will make a difference!

Thank you-

Derek
