The Hope is in the Science

Welcome to my Personal Page

Won't You Please Sponsor Me?

As most of you know, my late husband, Tim, passed away from ALS on March 8, 2007. And now, one of Tim's dear friends (and mine), Dave Wilson, has been diagnosed with the disease. Since I know first-hand how devastating this disease is, on May 4, 2019, I will be participating in the Packard Center's Fiesta 5K and Walk. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins.

The Packard Center for ALS Research at Johns Hopkins is a non-profit organization devoted solely to finding treatments and a cure for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. It's a unique organization on the cutting edge of ALS research and a worthy charity. The Packard Center is supported entirely by philanthropy, and needs our help. Currently there is no cure…help us give hope!

I hope you will consider supporting me, and the important work of the Packard Center, by making a contribution. Please donate what you can by selecting the "Click Here to Sponsor Me" button. Our efforts will help make a big difference!

Thanks and God bless!
